• Hotel accommodation during the tour
• Round trip deluxe air-conditioned bus transportation
• Airport transportation for specified tours
• Bilingual Tour guide (English, Chinese)

• Full payment is required upon tour confirmation. Any change or cancellation for an already confirmed tour is subject to a $20 per person changing fee, in addition to below penalties:
  Cancel up to 15 days prior departure date ……………………….. 10% penalty
  Cancel 14 to 8 days prior departure date ……………………..….. 60% penalty
  Cancel 7 days or less prior departure date ………………….….. 100% penalty
• For tours including flights, no refund for already issued flight tickets.
• No refund or reimbursement for no show and any voluntary giving up of any portion of tour and/or accommodation.
• No refund available on departure date and/or after the journey has commenced (including denied and/or rejected by Immigration Department or Custom of destination).
• Bus operator reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure if the number of participant does not meet minimum requirement or due to other unforeseen circumstances. Full refund will be issued, minus our booking fee.

Cancellation policy might vary by tours/products. Please refer to the tour confirmation for final cancellation terms.

• Passengers have to be responsible for all travel documents (Alien card, passport, Visa/reentry permit, etc.).
• Based on local fire safety regulation, each hotel room on tour cannot exceed more than 2 beds, 4 person (including Infant). Children between 2-11 years old must share room with at least 2 adults with twin bed base, except paying full fare can share room with 1 adult.
• All tour itinerary with land service is subject to change and the tour operator has no responsibility for consequences due to neither condition, riots, strikes, damage or loss of travel document and unexpected non-availability of local hotels that are beyond our control. Should any change or delay caused by the above. We will substitute with similar itinerary and hotel accommodation and extra expenses incurred will be responsible by the tour participant without objection.
• The bus operator reserve the right to refuse any passengers who may hinder the progress of a tour. The utilized portion of the tour will be refunded on a pro-rata basic.
• Participants should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government country of the visiting country, including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. The tour operator will not be responsible for any and all penalties due to any regulations of the government of the visiting country.
• During the tour, if there is any disagreement, please resolve it with your tour guide through friendly negotiations. If you think it is necessary, please contact your tour operator directly during the tour for coordination.

• Sunshine Destinations acts only as an independent agent for arranging the travel services named in your itinerary or otherwise to procure services or goods from third parties such as airlines, hotels and other lodging providers, local hosts, guides, bus lines, car rental companies, driving services, restaurants and providers of entertainment (the “Suppliers”). As a booking agent, Sunshine Destinations assume no responsibility for any personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, irregularity or other occurrence beyond its control which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission of any of the Suppliers.
• In no event will Sunshine Destinations be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any special, punitive, exemplary, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, that arise out of or are in any way connected with the tour, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• We assume no responsibility for any personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any matter beyond our exclusive control including but not limited to a delay or cancellation that causes you to miss all or any portion of the Tour, acts of God, acts of government, war, terrorist acts, riots, disaster, weather extremes or strikes. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. You understand that health care standards, facilities and services abroad may be different or even inadequate for treating health conditions.
